Working Hours

Our dedicated team in India works Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (India Standard Time). This team operates from our well-equipped office ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.

Contract Continuity

Our service agreement undergoes an initial setup phase of three months. Upon successful completion of this period, the agreement continues to a monthly plan for our full-time staffing support. This approach offers flexibility and ensures sustained, high-quality service delivery.

Contract Modifications

In situations where a change to the current agreement is needed, such as increasing the staffing number, reducing the workforce, a temporary pause, or complete termination of the service, we need a 30-day notice period. This period allows us to manage the transition smoothly to the service without any disruption.

Performance Review

To ensure our staff consistently meets your service expectations, we conduct regular performance reviews. Feedback from these sessions is used to make necessary adjustments.

Data Security

We treat data security with utmost importance. Our team members adhere to stringent data privacy and security protocols, ensuring your sensitive information is being handled with care and professionalism.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of any disagreement or dispute arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the issue will be escalated to the appropriate legal or arbitration bodies as needed.
